Personal Loan.

Are you finding it difficult to get personal loan because you have poor personal loan history? Rest assured that you are not the only person in this position. Trying to get finance for property, investment or a car when you are a poor personal loan risk can be very frustrating and stressful. Applying for a personal loan can be the answer to your financial dilemma when you seek personal loan but have a bad personal loan history. Many of us begin our working lives not really understanding the importance of having a very good personal loan history. This is something that we learn as we get older and wiser and begin to contemplate borrowing money for our first car, which we all normally do with a parent acting as a guarantor on the car loan application. Maintaining a good personal loan history from the beginning, that means not making late payments, not defaulting on our first loan and other bills such as our mobile phones which are all recorded against our personal loan history, will make applying for a holiday loan or a home loan that much more easier.

If you have had a history of bad personal loan then don’t despair. You can begin turning your personal loan history around by beginning regular savings. Remember that while one financial institution may knock back your loan application, another may grant it. With a regular income, stable job, regular savings and collateral, you can turn your bad personal loan history around. It also pays to be honest with the lender. If you have defaulted on loans in the past then they will be noted on your personal loan history and the lender will know about it.

A bad personal loan history will certainly be a hindrance to loan seekers. You can’t simply expect to walk into a financial institution and be granted a loan without working at improving your balance sheet. The financial institution will need to be encouraged by regular savings and a regular income that shows your responsibility towards saving and indeed, showing the ability to repay a loan.

The majority of financial institutions will require you to show the following before granting you a loan if you have a bad personal loan history.

Constant Income and the ability to pay

Stable Employment

Regular Savings without being overdrawn

Payment of current and previous loans on time

Unfortunately, as a bad personal loan borrower, you will be subjected to larger than normal interest rates. As we have all seen with the sub-prime mortgage fiasco in the United States, people need to borrow money, in this case for homes; they receive home loans at larger rates but then don’t have the capabilities to repay them. While the American banking system was rather liberal in granting these loans to anyone and everyone, the Australian banking industry is fair to say, a little more stringent when it comes to lending money.

As a bad personal loan borrower, you will be charged more than the average Joe when you seek a personal loan. This is because the financial institution is taking a risk because of your previous poor personal loan history. The financial institutions don’t want you to default on your loan, they just want the interest and loan amount repaid.

The bank will still need to be satisfied that you can make your repayments without suffering financial hardship before granting you a loan even though they are going to charge you more to do so. There are two types of bad personal loans available to consumers to take advantage of when seeking finance from a bank.

A secured bad personal loan will require you to provide collateral as a form of security against the personal loan. The bank simply can’t and will not take a risk in lending money to some people who have an extremely bad personal loan history.

Make sure that you understand that the bank can sell your collateral to pay off your outstanding debt. An unsecured bad personal loan does not have any risk for the borrower attached to it. However, for a bad personal loan finance seeker, an unsecured personal loan is generally for a limited amount. A secured personal loan is a lot easier for you to have approved than an unsecured personal loan .

Improve your personal loan score and get your personal loan

Pay your bills on time. One of the things that many lenders do is check the history of a person’s mobile phone bill. If you can’t make regular payments for your mobile phone then how will you be able to make regular payments for your personal loan?

Begin a regular savings pattern. You need to show that you can pay off a personal loan should it be granted to you. The bank will want to know why you haven’t saved any money and will ask why you can afford to pay off a loan when your bank balance suggests that you need every dollar earned to live on.

Make extra payments. Improving your personal loan score will only save you money in the long run. Your next loan will be at a cheaper rate and your extra payments will ensure that your current loan is repaid at a faster rate.

Showing a solid work and savings history is paramount to helping you get a personal loan. Call Aussie on 1300 633334 and we will assist you.

Aussie Loans will get the right loan to suit your needs – Buy a ciommodore or a Honda motorbike – it doesn’t matter – Call 13006333364 and we will assist you get the right loan.

A. Focus on getting better, rather than being good. Believing you have the ability to reach your goals is important, but so believes you can get the ability. Many of us believe that our intelligence, our personality, and our physical aptitudes are fixed — that no matter what we do, we won’t improve. As a result, we focus on goals that are all about proving ourselves, rather than developing and acquiring new skills. Fortunately, decades of research suggest that the belief in fixed ability is completely wrong — abilities of all kinds are profoundly malleable. Embracing the fact that you can change will allow you to make better choices, and reach your fullest potential. People whose goals are about getting better, rather than being good, take difficulty in stride, and appreciate the journey as much as the destination.

B. Have grit. Grit is a willingness to commit to long-term goals, and to persist in the face of difficulty. Studies show that gritty people obtain more education in their lifetime. The good news is, if you aren’t particularly gritty now, there is something you can do about it. People who lack grit more often than not believe that they just don’t have the innate abilities successful people have. If that describes your own thinking, well, there’s no way to put this nicely: you are wrong. As I mentioned earlier, effort, planning, persistence, and good strategies are what it really takes to succeed. Embracing this knowledge will not only help you see yourself and your goals more accurately, but also do wonders for your grit.

C. Don’t tempt fate. No matter how strong your willpower muscle becomes, it’s important to always respect the fact that it is limited, and if you overtax it you will temporarily run out of steam. Don’t try to take on two challenging tasks at once, if you can help it (like quitting smoking and dieting at the same time). And don’t put yourself in harm’s way — many people are overly-confident in their ability to resist temptation, and as a result they put themselves in situations where temptations abound. Successful people know not to make reaching a goal harder than it already is.

D. Build your willpower. Willpower is just like the other muscles in your body — when it doesn’t get much exercise, it becomes weaker over time. But when you give it regular workouts by putting it to good use, it will grow stronger and stronger, and better able to help you successfully reach your goals. To build willpower, take on a challenge that requires you to do something you’d honestly rather not do. Start with just one activity, and make a plan for how you will deal with troubles when they occur (“If I have a craving for a snack, I will eat one piece of fresh or three pieces of dried fruit.”) It will be hard in the beginning, but it will get easier, and that’s the whole point. As your strength grows, you can take on more challenges and step-up your self-control workout.

E. Focus on what you will do- not what you won’t. Plan how you will replace bad habits with good ones, rather than focusing only on the bad habits themselves. Research on thought suppression (e.g., “Don’t think about white bears!”) has shown that trying to avoid a thought makes it even more active in your mind. The same holds true when it comes to behaviour — by trying not to engage in a bad habit, our habits get strengthened rather than broken. If you want to change your ways, ask yourself, What will I do instead? For example, if you are trying to gain control of your temper and stop flying off the handle, you might make a plan like “If I am starting to feel angry, then I will take three deep breaths to calm down.” By using deep breathing as a replacement for giving in to your anger, your bad habit will get worn away over time until it disappears completely. It is my hope that, after reading about the nine things successful people do differently, you have gained some insight into all the things you have been doing right all along. Even more important, I hope are able to identify the mistakes that have derailed you, and use that knowledge to your advantage from now on. Remember, you don’t need to become a different person to become a more successful one. It’s never what you are, but what you do.

Aussie Loans 1300 633334 can assist with all your lending needs. Interest Rates start at 6.45%

Why have you been successful in reaching many of your goals? It seems some are and some haven’t? If you aren’t sure, you are far from being alone on this. It turns out that even brilliant, highly accomplished people are not good when it comes to understanding why they succeed or why they have failed. The reason may be that you excel in certain things and lacking in other essential skills. It is really just one small piece of the puzzle. In fact, decades of research on achievement suggests that successful people reach their goals not simply because of who they are, but more often because of what they do.

A. Get specific. When you set yourself a goal, try to be as specific as possible. “Lose 10 kilos” is a better goal than “lose some weight,” because it gives you a clear idea of what success looks like. Knowing exactly what you want to achieve keeps you motivated until you get there. Also, think about the specific actions that need to be taken to reach your goal. Just promising you’ll “eat less” or “sleep more” is too vague — be clear and precise. “I’ll be in bed by 11pm on weeknights” leaves no room for doubt about what you need to do, and whether or not you have actually done it.

B. Know exactly how far you have left to go. Achieving any goal also requires honest and regular monitoring of your progress — if not by others, then by you yourself. If you don’t know how well you are doing, you can’t adjust your behaviour or your strategies accordingly. Check your progress frequently — weekly, or even daily, depending on the goal.

C. Seize the moment to act on your goals. Given how busy most of us are, and how many goals we are juggling at once, it’s not surprising that we routinely miss opportunities to act on a goal because we simply fail to notice them. Did you really have no time to work out today? No chance at any point to return that phone call? Achieving your goal means grabbing hold of these opportunities before they slip through your fingers. To seize the moment, decide when and where you will take each action you want to take, in advance. Again, be as specific as possible (e.g., “If it’s Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, I’ll work out for 30 minutes before work.”) Studies show that this kind of planning will help your brain to detect and seize the opportunity when it arises, increasing your chances of success by more.

D. Be a realistic optimist. When you are setting a goal, by all means engage in lots of positive thinking about how likely you are to achieve it. Believing in your ability to succeed is enormously helpful for creating and sustaining your motivation. But whatever you do, don’t underestimate how difficult it will be to reach your goal. Most goals worth achieving require time, planning, effort, and persistence. Studies show that thinking things will come to you easily and effortlessly leaves you ill-prepared for the journey ahead, and significantly increases the odds of failure.

Give Aussie a call about reaching your goals.

Car Loans Brisbane – Talk with Aussie – 1300 – 633 334 – We will get the finance you need quickly and economically.

The trend of rising petrol prices in Brisbane and across Australia could slow down any recovery in the property market and prompt the Reserve Bank to cut interest rates, it has been said..

Car Loans Brisbane is finding rising petrol prices were a contributing factor in the downturn of the early 2000s. CommSec is tipping petrol prices to rise by between up to 3 percent over the next couple of weeks, taking the national average prices above $1.50 a litre for the first time in more than three years. This follows the national average retail petrol price rising by 1.3c to 147.1c a litre last week, according to the Australian Institute of Petroleum.

Aussie Loans can finance cars that run more economically on fuel – Diesel is a great option according to Car Loans Brisbane. The last time the petrol price sparked major public concern in Brisbane and beyond was in early 2000’s when prices went well over $1 per litre in some parts of the country following increases to excise duty on fuel and a small GST increase on fuel imposed by the Howard government. Car Loans Brisbane said that Queensland use to be the cheapest in terms of fuel prices at the petrol pump. The removal of the subsidy and other reasons resulted in a 10c rise in petrol prices overnight.

At the time economists warned that the higher cost of fuel was having a negative impact on consumer sentiment and dampening the effects of the housing boom underway at the time. Car Loans Brisbane noted that figures released by the ABS in 2003 (petrol prices continued to rise to over $1.05 a litre at the time) showed house price growth slowing from more than 20 percent in 2001 to just 7 percent growth in the second half of 2002.

“The only people that benefit when petrol prices go up are the big oil producers,” said Deutsche Bank economist at the time. CommSec, says petrol prices have continued their recent upward trajectory and “unfortunately for motorists there are no signs that conditions are likely to get any better over the next couple of weeks”.

Since the start of the year the average monthly household fuel bill has lifted by $8 to just shy of $177, taking more money out the pockets of already conservative consumers.

The Reserve Bank will closely assess both rising oil prices and the higher Aussie dollar as both potentially serve to slow down spending. The Reserve Bank still has a rate cut on the radar screen, especially if consumers remain cautious to spend. Economists say recent predictions of petrol reaching $2 a litre “are clearly overdone”, though he agrees that petrol prices are likely to track higher, although the gains are “likely to be much more circumspect and take place over a longer time period”. “More importantly, it is likely that OPEC would increase production targets well before domestic pump prices reach $2 a litre. It is in OPEC’s best interests to ensure that higher oil prices do not pose a threat to the global recovery”..

Car Loans Brisbane agrees – the increase in petrol prices could change location preferences of home buyers. There has been people moving to tree change and sea change locations, but there could be train change for people looking for something close to public transport in the near future. Brisbane Car Loans agrees.

Years of rising petrol prices have already changed home buying priorities however living closer to the city does mean high home prices. High petrol or high home prices – the cycle goes on. Public transport – Bus, Train, Ferry – these transport options should save you money.

According to CommSec, average petrol prices across states over the week ending in March were: Sydney (unchanged at 144.6c per litre), Melbourne (up 0.9c to 143.9 c/l), Brisbane (down 2.c to 147.8 c/l), Adelaide (up 9.2c148.4 c/l), Perth (up 1.2c to 147.4 c/l), Darwin (up 0.7c to 156.5 c/l), Canberra (up 0.9c to 147.7 c/l) and Hobart (up 0.9c to 154.1 c/l).

Car loans at Aussie - you need a broad range of opinions to formulate your own and we will help you get the right one. With knowledge of the best personal lenders to provide you with a car loan, you can make finding the right car loan a breeze. Contacting lenders directly will almost certainly lead to a hard sales pitch, so relax and take your time with the convenience of searching for an online car loan. Getting your first car loan to buy the car of your dreams is an exciting time when you’re young. However, getting that first car loan from the bank isn’t as straight-forward as it sounds with young people not having any credit history. One of the best ways you can help yourself get a car loan is by opening up a separate savings account when your first start working. Deposit a regular $100- into the account each week to show the bank that you can make a regular payment, this will also enable you to either borrow less on your car loan or buy a better car.

Deciding on a car loan at Aussie Loans will only be hard if you are not working or on a pension. Remember that if you truly want to have a car of your own to drive, then be sure that the loan that you take is within the range of your resources. Here are some priorities steps in making the right car loan choice. Brisbane Car Loans can be contacted Monday to Saturday on 07 3256 3733.

Negotiate with the dealer. This is the initial step in arriving at the right car loan choice. Compute for the total cost of the car that you are taking interest in and display your negotiating skills to the most. The salesmen are too witty that they will absolutely talk you into getting the so-called cream of the crop cars that they have in their showroom. Don’t get outwitted though.

Shop for more car loan choices. Via the Internet, you can search for as many car loan lenders as possible. Ask for quotes and then compare them. Look into the features, packages, and payment options. Be sure that you study their similarities and differences. Also search for the true value of the car as offered in the general market so that you know your stand in the negotiations. Then ask for the terms and conditions for the car loan. Again, compare the loan offers from various lenders. If there is something really questionable with the terms, don’t hesitate to ask the lenders. Then, go for reviews regarding the lenders. Online lenders have their Internet portals and most probably, forums are present in their websites. You can take the opinion of other clients so you will be safe to start with the venture.

Value other people’s opinion. Talk to your friends or relatives. Ask them for some reputable and affordable car loan lenders. They may have the first-hand contact with the right people or institutions. Search for cheap online car loan. Of course, you definitely want to land on a cheap car loan. Your choice is not limited with the online car loans. As you sit and relax at home, you may start shopping around through the Internet for cheap car loans. With this in mind, you can go for the help of a specialist broker.

What happens when you have a specialist broker?

They can dig out the cheapest possible interest rate for a car loan.

The task of shopping around will be relieved from you.

The search will be cut short as he knows the places to look into, which lenders are strict and which are not.

But then again, you will be required to pay for the services of the broker as a general rule. But in the long run, it pays off to have the help of someone who is an authority in the car loan field. He has the experience in dealing with the negotiations and things will be entirely easy for you. You only have to think of the finances and your broker will take charge of the rest.

The world of car loans can be too complicated especially if you don’t have the overall knowledge on how to choose and deal with the offers at stake. Also, don’t get overwhelmed with the multifarious offers. Your aim is to find a cheap loan with a guaranteed quality. When going for a cheap car loan, never fail to take note of these essential steps. Or else, you will end up wasting so much money and time for nothing.

Considering Car Finance?

When looking at getting a new car, you’ll probably have to consider car finance. Finding car finance options online doesn’t have to be hard – as long as you know what you’re looking for. Many banks offer car finance choices that you can apply online for. Before looking for a car loan, consider what you can afford to repay, what type of car loan do you want and the terms and conditions of the car.

Before looking for a car loan, consider what you can afford to repay, what type of car loan do you want and the terms and conditions of the car loan. With online car loan options, you’ll be able to decide on the car finance that suits you and apply for it. You can call our office on 1300633 334 and we will guide you through.

Aussie Loans arrange Car Loans in Brisbane and throughout Queensland and Australia. Car Loans Brisbane 1300 633 334 have many financiers that can assist for Car Loans, Bike Loans and Boat Loans. Car loans Brisbane can save you time and money because we have whole sale rates and direct connections to the funds.

Car Loans Brisbane can assist with Personal Loans as well. Uni debt for study has been a reality for many students for many years now and one thing is for sure is that the costs and the debt are increasing. What a burden that must be faced for these young people. Car loans Brisbane can assist with car loans once the student has finished their course and have been gainfully employed for over 3 months..

What is HECS – According to the National Union of Students (NUS), more than 80 percent of undergraduate students in 2010 had taken out HECS Loans – this is where the Federal government sponsors your university fees, and you have to pay the money back through the tax system once you’ve graduated and start earning an income over the repayment threshold. Some students finish university with between a $10,000 and $40,000 debt.

They will only start to pay this back once they hit the repayment threshold set by the government – for 2011-2012 the minimum repayment threshold is $47,196 per annum, paid in instalments of four per cent per year once you start earning over this amount. Many are choosing to go into higher paid, private enterprise jobs rather than public sector or the not-for-profit sector just so that they can earn comparatively higher levels of income and pay back their debt faster. This is something that will continue.

Car Loans in Brisbane know that Universities require students to pay fees for tuition, which can vary depending on the course type. Medicine, law and some engineering courses are the most expensive at most universities. Students can opt to pay these fees upfront, apply for a Commonwealth funded loan, make voluntary payments directly to the Tax office where payments of $500 or more receives a five percent bonus, or vary their payment option on a semester basis. Car Loans Brisbane.

The Commonwealth funded Higher Education Loan Programs come in four guises, which are all interest free or indexed to the CPI: HECS HELP (the Higher Education Contribution Scheme and the Higher Education Loan Program), FEE HELP (a loan program to help eligible fee paying students to pay their tuition fees), SA HELP (for student amenities fees), OS HELP (to help eligible undergraduate Commonwealth supported students to pay their overseas study expenses), and VET FEE HELP (a loan program to help eligible students enrolled in higher-level vocational education and training courses at approved VET providers to pay their tuition fees).

HECS loans are strictly used for tertiary fees. Aussie see students having to fund their living, food and textbook expenses out of their own or their family’s pockets. Students who don’t have this support are being denied the chance to go to uni or students have to work up to 30 hours a week just to pay their rent. Others are opting for credit cards or personal loans to cover the living expense shortfall. Car Loans Brisbane sees this more and more. Applicants have to disclose this debt like all other debt. This puts pressure on the ability to source Car Loans when the applicant has credit card debt and HECS debt.

According to a Universities Australia financial survey carried out every six years, in 2000, 10.7 per cent of all undergraduate students had a loan outside of their HECS or FEE HELP loan, and by 2006, 24.4 per cent had a loan outside of their HECS or FEE HELP loan.

However, these people need to be aware of the risks associated with taking out credit cards and be careful that they’re not saddling themselves with a huge debt that they won’t be able to service. Aussie Loans notes that along with debt comes the chance that people can’t afford the loans and default on payments. Car Loans in Brisbane see that it is a fine balancing act. According to Sydney University’s Financial Assistance Service, having the option to defer the payments and to pay it off once you are employed through the tax system is not a bad way to complete one’s higher education. However, while HECS is a great scheme, students and their parents should think very carefully about taking out other kinds of loans (personal loans, credit cards) during study.

All information pertaining to the HELP loans are available at: http://studyassist.gov.au/sites/StudyAssist/ Any student or their families who are looking at other types of debt should first contact their university financial services office. Aussie can assist as well with advice and we are happy to do this.

You can call Aussie on 1300 633334 to discuss matters like car loans Brisbane or for loans like motorbike Loans.

Help keep your car ship shape with easy tips to help you get the most out of your vehicle – it pays to put the effort in.

Many Australians are trying to get the full value out of their vehicle as evidenced by the recent findings that the average age of a vehicle on the road has reached over 10 years old, according to a recent study. In order to make sure that vehicles remain durable, it is important that motorists look for ways to help keep their vehicles running smoothly and efficiently for longer. The engine in a vehicle is much like the heart in our bodies – In order for the heart to be fit and strong, we need to take care of it – same with your engine. We need to help owners know that they should take the steps to help extend the life of their vehicles. Proper and regular maintenance of a vehicle can help save money on repairs down the track, especially for vehicles that are already over 10 years old. There are many ways to help increase your vehicle’s
longevity and save money in doing this. Here are a few tips to help you get the most out of one of your largest and most important assets.

Make It part of your day to day.

Just as regular check-ups with your doctor are important for your own health, heeding regularly scheduled maintenance intervals as determined by the vehicle manufacturer is also an essential step to help keep your vehicle healthy. Taking your vehicle in and having it regularly maintained helps to make sure your vehicle has what it needs to keep it running. Of the overall maintenance regime, one of the most frequently missed maintenance tasks is the oil change. By changing your oil as recommended by the vehicle manufacturer, you can help maintain the performance of your engine. Regular maintenance and recommended
intervals are typically outlined in a vehicle’s owner’s manual.

Take It Easy

To make sure your vehicle can stand the course of time, it is important to avoid unnecessary strain on the engine. Your vehicle needs to be warmed up when starting – get the oil circulating from the bottom the motor especially if it has been sitting for an extended period of time. Allowing your engine to warm up by easing into acceleration will help the oil flow quicker and decrease the amount of wear and friction-related damage that may occur. Maybe even more important than taking it easy on startup is making sure to not overexert your vehicle. Constant, high RPMs, short braking, high-speed driving and other
severe types of driving can lead to accelerated engine and transmission wear and potentially more substantial issues.

Keep It Clean

When trying to get the most life out of your vehicle, it is important to not overlook the body of the vehicle – paint, glass and rubber. Consumers’ vehicles likely take a beating throughout the year with the months of long summers and the sun beating down on it. High temperatures, bird droppings, tree sap and UV rays in the warmer months will cause the most damage to the interior and exterior of a vehicle as will rain and if you live at the coast – salt water spray. Keeping vehicles clean can help protect them from the chemicals and dirt that may attack the car’s finish and undercarriage.

Make Sure It’s Covered

Having your vehicle covered for any issues that may arise is important, and extended warranty programs are becoming more and more prevalent. Following these simple tips can help promote a long life for your vehicle. For more information about the best way to protect your car, talk to you local licenced motor dealer – they are there to help. You can call our office on 1300 633334 and we will point you in the right direction.

Safe driving!

Need Finance offer finance solutions for commercial goods such as forklifts, bobcats, tractors, computers, servers, catering equipment, warehouse equipment, office furniture, office
equipment, and phone systems and so on.

Operating Lease/Rental

An Operating Lease/Rental is a type of lease in which the financier retains ownership of the leased equipment. Under an operating lease there is no predetermined ’residual’
value to pay as ownership does not pass automatically to the customer at the end of the term.

Operating Leases/Rentals are not listed on the company’s balance sheet. Being ‘off balance sheet’ is considered a major advantage over finance leases. By not having to list the
Operating Lease/Rental on the balance sheet the company’s debt to equity ratios are not adversely affected. This means that the Bank will be more inclined to provide funds when needed for other worthwhile projects.

For high technology equipment, which can become obsolete within a couple of years, Need Finance can tailor a term that will enable you to hand back the old equipment
and take the new asset within a set time frame – a clean and easy way to keep your business in front of the competition.

Option 1 – Rent only.

For many people, a straight-forward rental agreement is often the most cost-effective way to acquire equipment. The contract term can be structured from 24 – 60 months. At
the end of the term, you have three options –

Hand back the equipment and upgrade or

Continue to rent the equipment or

Offer to purchase the equipment at fair market
value

Benefits

Security of fixed payments and interest rates

Preserves working capital – funds can be invested in other parts of the business

Tax efficient – lease payments are generally 100% tax deductible

Option 2 – Rent to own.

Essentially, you
pay a rental fee for an agreed term 24 – 60 months. Once the rental agreement ends, you have a final $1.10 payment (Inc GST) to make and the contract is finalised. There is no further obligation – the goods are yours.

Benefits

Security of fixed payments and interest rates

Preserves working capital – funds can be invested in other parts of the business

Tax efficient – lease payments are generally 100% tax deductible

Fast Finance Made Easy!

     Lease

A lease represents a way for a company or an individual to obtain new or near new equipment for business purposes without extending their budget. Having a deferred payment set
or a ‘Residual Value’ at the end of the repayment term enables this to happen. The Residual Value is geared to represent the future value of the goods.

For tax and accounting purposes, the financier is treated as the owner – i.e. ‘off-balance sheet financing’. Interest rates are fixed for the term, which is negotiable within a range of 12 to 60 months. Residuals are set by the Australian Taxation Office and vary depending on the projected life span of the goods.

Benefits

Preserves working capital

Fixed repayments and
interest rates for the term of the lease

Tax efficient – lease
payments are generally 100% tax deductible

Business Vehicle Loan/Asset Purchase

A Business Vehicle Loan is a flexible and tax effective means of financing a forklift. Under a Business Vehicle Loan your business owns the forklift and the financier takes a mortgage/bill of sale over it.

You can choose to structure your loan over a 12 – 60 month term and incorporate a final balloon payment to match your monthly payments with your cash flow requirements. Interest is calculated daily and extra repayments can reduce the loan period and interest payable.

Benefits

No GST on repayments

The equipment is an asset of your business

Payments can be structured to suit your business requirements.

Interest can be offset against taxable income

Depreciation allowances may be claimed.

Business Equipment Loan/Term Purchase

A Term Purchase represents the ideal choice if a company seeks to own their equipment at the end of the repayment term. That is, the ownership of the equipment passes to
the customer upon payment of the final instalment.

The arrangement can be structured either to be fully amortised over the term, or payments can be set by structuring a “balloon” payment as a final instalment. It is structured to preserve business capital whilst paying for the equipment from generated income.

For tax and accounting purposes, the operator is treated as the owner – i.e. ‘on-balance sheet financing’. Interest rates are fixed for the term, which is negotiable within a range of 12 to 60 months. This option best suits those who aim to eventually own their equipment.

Benefits

No GST on repayments

Unit is shown as an asset on the balance sheet.

Payments can be structured to suit your business requirements

Interest can be offset against taxable income.

Depreciation allowances may be claimed
